The first meeting is where I'll really take over on the wedding logistics. Together we'll review what you've been planning, put together a day-of execution plan (timeline) and go through all the details; everything from prep and set-up to the end of your celebration. This meeting will be about 6 weeks out from your wedding.
The second meeting will be 2-3 weeks before your wedding to firm up the final details

• Create a customized vendor timeline, and connect with your vendors pre-wedding to firm up details and plan for a smooth day
• Review of vendor contracts for details and clarifications *this is based on experience and is not legal advice*
• Email/Telephone support to answer your wedding planning pain points
• Assistant planner for set-up and ceremony *timing may vary based on wedding day timeline
• On-site wedding coordination and point of contact. I'll handle your basic decor set up, facilitate all the moving parts, vendor management, etc, until the final transition takes place (tear down can be added to your package for an additional fee upon request)
• Wedding Planner’s 'Emergency' Kit provided - This is basically a Mary Poppins bag of full of last minute useful items. From adhesives to deodorant to spare batteries to bug spray.

• Additional décor set-up
• 2 hours of end-of-event clean up

Full Planning Coordination

• Preparation & maintenance of a wedding planning schedule for the months leading up to the wedding
• Budget development, allocation and management
• Offer recommendations for and assistance in the selection of vendors (includes up to 6 vendor meetings or site visits)
• Review of vendor contracts
• Provide feedback & offer suggestions on themes which may include site, décor (centerpieces, wedding stationary, etc), menu, attire, or others expressed by the couple
• Customized itinerary provided to vendors and suppliers
• Conduct regular meetings to keep the couple up to date on progress during the months leading up to the wedding (up to 20 hours with package)
• Basic décor setup (excludes making floral arrangements)
• Email/Telephone support
• Day-of wedding coordination
• Wedding Planner’s Emergency Kit provided (personal sundries for those “what now?” moments)
